What to do if you have an HR issue at Skate Like a Girl:
Skate Like a Girl encourages all team members to report any incidents of harassment, discrimination, or other prohibited conduct immediately so that complaints can be resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Please report any complaints to your direct supervisor. If you are uncomfortable reporting to your direct supervisor or if the complaint involves them, you are welcome to contact any other Skate Like a Girl Director or Board Member. Below is a list of folks we encourage you to reach out to, as they are on our HR Committee and are equipped to handle complaints. Please contact them via Slack DM.
